Cancer Commissioning Toolkit Release Update 16.12.09

The next update of data to the CCT will be week ending 18th January 2010.

The data for Q2 Cancer Waits was published on DH website last week and released to NCIN on 8th December 2009. The decision was taken to also include this data within the CCT release thus delaying release by two working weeks.

This upload will include the following Chapter changes:

Chapter 5 Treatment 5.1 Cancer Waits

• Quarter 4 Cancer Waits (January to March 08/09)
• Quarter 1 Cancer Waits (April to June 09/10)
• Quarter 2 Cancer Waits (July to September 09/10)

Chapter 5 Treatment 5.2 Radiotherapy

• Radiotherapy Equipment Survey (07/08)

Chapter 3 Awareness, Screening & Early Detection 3.2 Referrals

• Quarter 4 Cancer Waits (January to March 08/09)
• Quarter 1 Cancer Waits (April to June 09/10)
• Quarter 2 Cancer Waits (July to September 09/10)

Chapter 3 Awareness, Screening & Early Detection 3.1 Screening

• Cervical Screening (08/09)

Cancer Waits includes new additional Charts for Q1 and Q2 to meet the Cancer Reform Strategy standards of Subsequent, Screening and Upload. Future updates will come from Kath Yates who has recently started at NCIN as Project Manager for the CCT.
