COSD Downloads v6.0

This page contains downloads for the Cancer Outcomes and Services Dataset COSD Version 6.0.

Is this the correct version of COSD to use?

• Version 6.0 must be used for diagnoses from 1 July 2015 until 31 March 2017 onwards

• Either v6.0 or v7.0 can be used for diagnoses between April and June 2017

• Version 7.0 should then be used for all submissions from 1 July 2017 diagnoses onwards

COSD Pathology

No significant alterations to the structure or contents of the dataset have been made in the updated versions of the pathology documents below. Details of the changes are in the spreadsheet summary.

This dataset and schema are now frozen and final until the next iteration of COSD is released next year.
