Cancer Decision Making: Turning Data into Intelligence

Cancer decision making: turning data into intelligence is a quick and easy guide for all staff in health service organisations who use data to support decision making. It includes practical guidance and case study examples, as well as advice on action planning for change and working with stakeholders, embedding and sustaining change, and monitoring and evaluation. This guide to cancer intelligence will save you time, help you avoid common data pitfalls, and help you use the data now available from the National Cancer Intelligence Network and other sources to drive change.
